Face Reading is different than Body Language
Yes, face reading and body language are different concepts, although they are often related and used together. Face reading, also known as physiognomy, is the practice of interpreting someone's character or personality based on their facial features and structures. Body language, on the other hand, is the nonverbal communication of emotions, attitudes, and intentions through physical cues such as posture, gestures, and facial expressions.
While face reading can provide insight into a person's personality, body language can provide information about their current emotional state, level of engagement, and level of comfort in a given situation. Both face reading and body language can be useful tools for understanding and communicating with others, but they should be used in combination with other forms of communication, such as verbal cues, to gain a complete picture of a person's thoughts and feelings.
